Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We cannot ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created.We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
We do not offer signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/ promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. Sweew.com will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your item number along with a brief description of your issue.
Sweew.com does not offer store credit for any reason, including for returns or exchanges.
All sale item purchases are final, no exceptions. For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 14 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags. Please contact email@example.com for all order and return inquiries.
Sweew will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your item number along with a brief description of your issue. Return shipping is non-refundable. Packages returned to Sweew are subject to an $8 restocking fee.
We do not accept returns of women's and men's inner and/or underwear which are not in their original packaging due to hygiene reasons.
Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California and Nevada.
